This was my first visit here. The experience was rather pleasant. I've read some bad reviews about this place, but I beg to differ. Although the cashier lady was kind of loud. This is a just a simple day to day restaurant. Anyways , I've ordered curry meat rice, and it tasted good. And the rice was quite aromatic. It was good as it is. The Chinese tea was also great. Summary : good curry and cheap price (RM6 for a dish) . I will sure come here again.

Food is good and cheap. It’s a coffee shop style dining experience but with an alfresco setting. Hence this place is not recommended if the weather is bad as the sheltered dining space is limited. Fortunately it was good weather when we dined here. The pork ribs (Bai Gu Wang) was very good. The brinjal in minced meat was done right too. I also had Kang kong in sambal belachan and a veg soup. Including 2 white rice and a pot of tea, it all came up to 54 RM. I thought it was reasonable .

I am surprised the rating is not 4+. Most dishes were very good. I like the steamed Patin fish and Claypot fish. Pipa duck is also very good, with the sambal stir fried beans. Lady boss was very friendly and efficient. Dishes were served fairly quickly

Always come w my bf family for dinner. Personally like their herbal steamed chicken, BBQ duck and pork. The taste of every dishes for me is quite home-like so my bf family is a frequent visitor. The only con is the lack of manpower.

Well, this place still runs by the 1st owner 20 over years ago. The operation hour is short, from 6pm to 10pm. Doesn’t matter how large is the crowd, they will close early. Attitude ? Maybe I’m hanging-out with the regulars, so were treated like VIPS. Food is NICE. Easily 7~8/10. Price is right. The roast duck need to order days ahead. Well, if u can wait and doesn’t matter about service, this is one of THE restaurant to dine in SENAI. Near to Senai Airport.

Visited this restaurant on the recommendation of my sister-in-law, and I'm so glad we did! We stopped by for dinner before my flight back to KL. The lady boss noticed we were heading to the airport and asked about our departure time. Despite looking a bit stern, she was actually very accommodating. She promised to do her best, and within 15 minutes, all our dishes were served. The fish, meat, and vegetables were all cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. We were impressed with both the quality and speed of the service. We will definitely be coming back again!

Saw the reviews on Google and gave it a try. The lady boss seems OK la, not too harsh. The foods are quite impressive. Love it, reasonable price too. Lack of 1 star because of the environment and services.

Tried the lotus wrap fish, seafood tofu, and spinach soup at Mewah Restaurant — absolutely flavourful! Every dish was delicious and well-balanced. Still plenty more on the menu to explore. Definitely coming back for more!
